Terms of Use & Refund Policy

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to zionlakemusicfoundry.com and the digital products, memberships, and related services offered by Zion Lake Music Foundry ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, creating an account, or purchasing a product or membership, you agree to these Terms.

Adults and family use

Purchases and account creation must be completed by an adult who is legally able to enter into an agreement. Our educational materials may be used by children only with appropriate adult involvement and supervision.

Products and pricing

We offer downloadable educational materials, including Beat Detective: The Family Music Game Pack, and a recurring Zion Lake Music Foundry curriculum membership. Product descriptions, current prices, trial details, and included materials are shown on the applicable sales or checkout page. If information in these Terms conflicts with the checkout page, the specific terms clearly disclosed at checkout will control that purchase.

Digital delivery and access

Digital purchases are delivered electronically through our Kajabi-hosted member area or through another method stated at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, maintaining access to your account, and downloading any purchased files for your records. Contact us if a technical problem prevents access to a purchased product.

Personal-use license

Your purchase gives you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the materials for personal, noncommercial educational use within one household. You may print reasonable copies for children in your household.

You may not share account credentials or digital files outside your household; upload materials to a public or shared drive; copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the materials; remove ownership notices; or use the materials for a school, studio, co-op, library, paid class, or other group setting without our written permission or an appropriate group license.

Free trial and automatic renewal

Any future price change will apply only after notice as required by applicable law. Promotional or trial eligibility may be limited to new customers or one use per household.

Canceling a membership

You may cancel future membership renewals through your Kajabi account when that option is available or by emailing info@zionlakemusicfoundry.com. Please submit an email cancellation request before your next billing date. Canceling during a free trial prevents the first recurring charge. Canceling after a paid renewal stops future renewals, and access may continue through the end of the paid billing period.

Refund policy

Because our products are delivered digitally and can be accessed immediately, purchases of downloadable products are final sale. Membership payments that have already been charged are also nonrefundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time. You may cancel at any time to prevent future membership charges.

We will review duplicate charges, failure to deliver a purchased product due to an error on our part, unauthorized charges, and refund requests required by applicable law. Contact info@zionlakemusicfoundry.com promptly with your name, purchase email, and a description of the issue.

Educational information and supervision

Our materials provide general educational activities and are not medical, therapeutic, developmental, or professional advice. Results vary by child, and we do not guarantee a particular learning or developmental outcome. An adult is responsible for choosing age-appropriate activities, supervising children, and checking that household objects and play areas are safe.

Intellectual property

The website, videos, lessons, downloads, text, graphics, branding, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Zion Lake Music Foundry and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred by a purchase or membership.

Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the website or member area, attempt to gain unauthorized access, misuse another person’s account, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy substantial portions of the service, or use our services in an unlawful manner.

Third-party services

Our services rely on third parties such as Kajabi, payment processors, hosting providers, and linked websites. We are not responsible for outages, content, or practices outside our reasonable control, although we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve access issues involving your purchase.

Service changes and termination

We may update, replace, or discontinue parts of the website or membership. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, fraud, nonpayment, or misuse of our content. Changes will not remove rights to a completed one-time digital purchase except where necessary for security, legal compliance, or misuse.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our website and digital materials are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zion Lake Music Foundry will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or materials. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our products, services, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes affecting an active paid membership will be communicated as required by applicable law.
